Development team check out new Stevenston business centre site

A team from Irvine Bay Development Company have been on site today at the former Grace Bingo Hall in Stevenston, which is planned to be the town's business centre.

They have been checking out the quality of the ground on the site for foundations, ahead of the proposed development as a business centre. Demolition of the old bingo hall was completed in December 2009.

The new business centre will be created providing new business space in small unit sizes. The accommodation will be 8,000 sq ft, in response to the need for good quality business accommodation to stimulate the local economy, encourage new businesses to start and to attract business into the area.
